Ice crystal photography

The ice crystals were created and photographed in Switzerland, in a laboratory that applies Dr. Masaru Emoto’s special technique. Dr. Emoto was a Japanese researcher who dedicated his life to studying water and conducted numerous experiments on how water and its molecular structure are influenced. To observe this, he developed a technique to photograph frozen water, specifically ice crystals. He argued that different energies affect water, and he studied how this influenced the appearance of the crystals.

The investigations showed that positive influences resulted in aesthetically pleasing crystals, while negative influences caused the crystals to become deformed. Dr. Emoto did not regard this as science, although he personally believed that the crystals revealed a truth. He also did not view it as a religion but as art. According to Dr. Emoto, human energies could influence water, but he also claimed that different types of water sources with varying qualities affected the appearance of ice crystals. For example, crystals from a pure mountain spring could form beautiful patterns, while water from polluted sources resulted in distorted crystals.
It is in the latter context that BioAq water and untreated tap water have been photographed in order to potentially demonstrate a difference in quality between these waters. According to Dr. Emoto, many factors can affect the water, but these photographs have been taken to show how a BioAq structurer affects the water. The BioAq water and tap water were treated in the same way before and during the photography, the only difference that occurred was that the BioAq water had been structured. All tests with BioAq water gave beautiful crystals, which the tap water did not. This can be considered a strong indication that BioAq water is of high quality.
